NeuralVault provides defensive Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), digital privacy audits, and secure mobile hardware. Our services are strictly designed for the protection of personal privacy and corporate intellectual property. We do not provide offensive surveillance, hacking, or monitoring services under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse service or the sale of hardware if we suspect the tools or services will be used for illegal activities, harassment, or unauthorized offensive surveillance.
Prices listed on the website for physical home and corporate office sweeps within the Gauteng area include standard call-out fees. Vehicle sweeps (R1,500) and in-person device scans explicitly exclude call-out fees, which will be quoted based on the client's location. Emergency remote scans (R1,500) are available nationwide.
All secure hardware sales (Privacy Hardened Entry and Extreme Security Hardened devices) are final upon configuration and delivery, owing to the customized and secure nature of the operating systems installed.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from engagements with NeuralVault will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
