By engaging with Neural Vault Systems for consulting or hardware deployment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Neural Vault deploys local AI systems that are probabilistic by nature. The Client assumes full responsibility for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before professional use.
The Client retains 100% ownership and liability for the data processed on their local hardware. Neural Vault Systems does not host or store any client proprietary data post-handover.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
